Garden Itabashi A guest house for people who admire sophisticated Design taste
The interior has a playful yet adult feel about it due to a sophisticated selection of colors that highlight different surfaces of the interior. As it is a women only guest house, the designer has thought about what design may appeal to young adult women, without being too overtly feminine.

Koenji House A stylish guest house in a vibrant neighborhood
The guest house in Koenji is one of our newest. With it's five spacious rooms, and roomy common areas, this house has the feel of a up-scale mansion. As a place to live, Koenji is one of Tokyo's most vibrant neighborhoods. Historically, it has been known as a haven for Japans subculture. A place where hippies, and other such groups gathered in the 1960's and 1970's. Today this area retains much of it's past atmosphere. There are many walking streets to explore, and small intimate bars and restaurants lined up by the station.

Taking the elevator up to the 10th floor, you are greeted with an amazing view of Nishi-Kawaguchi. You can also see way off into the horizon to get a sense of how enormous, yet beautiful Tokyo is. It is rare to find such unobstructed views from such high vantage points anywhere in Japan. The balcony and staircase allow you the freedom to walk around to view the city Skyline from many angles.
Every room in this guest house is impressive with it's dark wooden floors and stark white walls. Particularly impressive is room 105, with it's massive window area the stretches the length of one entire wall. There is also an amazing amount of counter space next to this window.
